Mike Mekredijian

Imagine losing your job, your home and everything in it, and your kids’ school all in one day. For today’s guest, Rev. Mike Mekredijian, that’s exactly what happened to him and his family in Altadena, Ca in Jan 2025.

On today’s episode you’ll get to hear Mike tell his story of unimaginable loss running parallel with profound truth in the midst of the loss and grief.

Mike loves people. A graduate of product design from Philadelphia University and then Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary for his Master of Divinity, he loves opportunities to creatively tell Jesus’ story from the pulpit. Mike’s passion is to cultivate relationships and advance Kingdom initiatives. He has worked for BDI and Azusa Pacific University, serving and equipping the next generation leader.  He is an alumnus of the Arrow Leadership Program and has served in various leadership roles as a pastor at the Armenian Evangelical Church of Rhode Island and First Armenian Presbyterian Church, Fresno, CA. He loves to journey alongside leaders and is the West Coast ambassador for Arrow Leadership in encouraging and developing Christian leaders. Mike grew up in the Middle East, east coast, and now resides in Southern California with his wife, Tamar, and their two kids. Besides fun family time, spontaneous dance parties with his kids, Mike enjoys athletic challenges, like triathlons, and opportunities to be creative.

Mike’s story has been featured via World Vision and their efforts to help folks recover from the Eaton Fire in Altadena.
